Terms & Conditons

Due to the fact that all our items are handmade, we can't guarantee that each piece will look exactly the same as it does in the photograph, although we try our best.  This makes every item unique to you.

Fabulous Tiaras does not take responsibility for late arrival or loss of your package.  We can issue your tracking number on request. 

Items from our collection which are made to order (tiaras, earrings, necklaces & hair pins), with the exception of earrings, may be returned to us for a refund (excluding postage & packaging charges).  We must be notified within strictly 7 working days of receipt and returns must be postmarked within strictly 14 working days of receipt.  Items must be returned, unworn, in the same perfect condition as they were sent, in the relevant packaging.  We will not issue a refund  if the item is not as it was sent.  All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of goods.

It is your responsibilty to send the items back in perfect condition, we would advise for goods under £20.00 to post by recorded delivery, and over £20.00 by special delivery, which will cover the postage insuarnace if the item is damaged in the post.

 
This does not affect your statuatory rights.
 
Orders can be placed via the website.  Once payment has been taken, your order will be made and posted to you.  All parcels are sent via Royal Mail - and a signature is required.

Orders under £20.00 - Recorded Delivery
Orders over £20.00 - Special Delivery
 
EU - £6.80
Rest of World deliveries - International Signed for - Monday to Friday - £15.00
 
Delivery Times
 
Delivery is between 4 - 16 working days for all items.  If items will take longer, it will state on the website for that particular piece.  If there is going to be an unavoidable delay, we will contact you to see if you wish to proceed with the order.
 
Quicker delivery times are sometimes available - please email if you need a certain item sooner then stated.
The price quoted for all products on this site exclude delivery charges.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will not pass any of your details on to any other companies.
